It so happened one day that my husband’s colleague, Mr.Karthik started to detail my love story on a chat which I never was aware of. It was a good feeling to experience a refreshed love within myself through the words he used to describe the story.
I would like to share this story with you all. Here it goes...
Chapter -1
Well there was this young boy, Harsha, who enjoyed simple pleasures & did not have much of teenage fun
By the force of destiny..
He was bound to have a journey of his lifetime
Little did he know about the day and place where he met his girl of his dreams
It was quite amazing how he found the artistic fiancé
A girl who was in her Karate suit
She moved like the waves on the sea....
Her flamboyance cast a spell on this young heart
It was not a coffee shop ....or the scenic park like Nicholas Sparks describes in a romantic novel
It was the most unlike place where heart beats synchronized in love
So little did this girl born & raised in South Mysore know about the boys feelings for her?
He gathered all his strength ....to do what no man had done
He asked her hands
She was quite not sure ....she was very conservative
She had seen world in a very much skewed point
She was not to be blamed …..it was her circle of influence
The Boy when he opened his heart and poured his love
She saw the Steel Horse riding cowboy who came to her rescue…
By the force of Destiny they were madly ….deeply in love with each other after their brief rendezvous at the Karate hall
He returned to his life in Bangalore, Now which had taken new turn ….
His folks were ready to find a bride
He wasn’t sure....if he was ready for the big event for his life
He was only 20 odd years
But only thing that kept him going was the Girl....
Her name was Aparna
His Coffee tasted better
His long rides on the Bike excited him thinking of her
His lived for her….every moment of his life
Chapter -2
It was late 90's where Mobile Phones where only seen on Sci-fi movies
Only option for the Boy was to gather his strength and make that call
She kept him hanging on line
He though in his mind…..
She's a Good Girl ....Loves her mother
Loves Horses & India too
She's a good Girl ….crazy about Ice cream ....
I am a bad boy….cos I can't even call her ..
Girl was in south Mysore..
For her the boy's approach was like a storm hitting a feather
He would give anything for those moments ....with that Girl
They say it is the crazy little thing called LOVE
He enjoyed the long drives from Bangalore to Mysore
Every hour spent with the Girl ….felt like an eternity
And every time he had to leave her behind
She would melt ....she would say to her self
“Every time he goes away ...he takes a piece of me with him”
This was the best time of their life
In fact, you know something????
Our marriage was a Typical Indian Arranged Marriage.
And you know the person who told this FULL BUNDLE story to this man was none other than my Husband himself... ;-)
I hope his Love for me remains same...but definitely 'yes' that the Story is always a fake for those who believe in it....
Interesting story...keep writing and keep dreaming.
